"Hello. My name...is...Joe!" - Joe's usual intro
Joe is a major character in the Nedverse and the roommate of Ned Thunderzap.
According to Ned, the two met while Ned was on a mission with The Christmas Pig in late summer of 2016 in the middle of a forest. This was due to Joe's house being burned down because of a random freak accident four years prior. Ned felt bad for him and took him in and cared for him.
Because of the accident, Joe has been permanently scarred and can sometimes be mentally unsound.
